Working for New Horizons North, a northern Wisconsin human services company, SolTerra Communications completed the film Real Jobs, Real Work - Community Based Employment Options. This 23-minute film highlights how eight individuals have found employment despite their disability. Real Jobs Real Work demostrates how these individuals obtained their jobs using a local human services company and shares the thoughts of those being employed, their famalies and job-site supervisors.
